Dr. Alec
Dr. Alec Day is a chiropractor, movement specialist, and spine pain coach who helps people with persistent neck pain understand why their symptoms keep returning — and what to do about it.
With a background in exercise science, sports rehabilitation, chiropractic care, and clinical biomechanics, Dr. Day takes a whole-system approach to neck pain. Rather than looking only at the painful area, he evaluates how the cervical spine, thoracic spine, shoulder blade, shoulder joint, nervous system, lifestyle, and movement habits all work together to influence pain.
His work is rooted in the belief that lasting relief does not come from chasing symptoms. It comes from identifying the pattern behind the problem.
Through Neck Pain University, Dr. Day helps clients move beyond temporary fixes like repeated adjustments, massage, injections, or generic exercise programs. His approach blends movement assessment, pain neuroscience, strength progression, breathwork, nervous system education, and personalized coaching to help clients restore confidence in their bodies and build long-term resilience.
Dr. Day’s clinical style is educational, evidence-informed, and deeply personal. He believes people heal best when they understand what is happening, feel supported through the process, and are given a clear plan they can actually follow.
His mission is simple: to help people stop organizing their lives around neck pain and start rebuilding the freedom, strength, and confidence they thought they had lost.
